Birthday and Mental Health Miracles
Have you ever heard a bunch of elderly psychotic individuals who have smoked for over 50 years sing happy birthday?? Well I have- and despite sounding worse than a pack of alley cats in heat the impromptu celebration was amazing. It was heartwarming to see the connection that these 12 people have with each other. People who do not often relate to real humans, who need prompting to shower and do their laundry, all came together on their own and orchestrated a very off-beat and out of tone, yet sincere and loving, melody of Happy Birthday. Miracles do happen!
